Volatility and a description of how to interpret market movements in terms of the underlying volatility are discussed in the third chapter. Chapter four relates volatility to option price movements and develops the basic tools or building blocks for the different trading strategies. The following chapter introduces the concept of delta-neutral trading and explains how to set up the safest trades possible. Chapter six develops some simple strategies to illustrate the application of concepts and tools presented in previous chapters with examples taken from real life.
