1. Refund Policy

We hope to make your experience to be as good and easy as possible. However, we are dedicated to providing you with a complete refund in the following situations when we fail short of your expectations:

  • Order taking too long: When you place an order for a product that is out of stock, you will get an email with an approximate delivery date. You can ask for a refund if it takes longer than you anticipated. Refund requests must be made within 02 days of the date on which you received our email with the projected delivery date.
  • Group Buy order not going through: We will fully reimburse anyone who paid if there aren’t enough purchasers for group buying if the purchase can’t be made.
  • Missing Files/File Errors: If the issues cannot be resolved, a full refund will be given.

*Note: All membership benefits will be disabled and the Customer’s IP will be locked on our website without prior notice if any fraud is discovered.

2. Refund Process

The amount will be returned via the same payment method you used to make the original transaction within 24 hours. Refunds sent to accounts or people with different names are not permitted.

3. Exchange

Applied to customers who do not request a refund.

You can ask for an exchange for a product that costs the same as the one you paid for.

In case there is a price gap:

  • If the price difference between the product you want to exchange for and the product you bought is greater, you must pay the difference.
  • If the price difference between the product you want to exchange for and the product you bought is less, it will be added to your next purchase. We are sorry that we cannot refund it back to your account.
