- Find Clear browsing data in More tools.

- Click Account Details in the dashboard on the left side of the screen.
- Change the information you want to update, such as Display Name, Email address, Password, etc.
- Click Save changes.

Where do I receive my ordered course?
Once you complete payment, you will shortly receive the download link via email within 8 hours. If you do not find our email in the inbox, please check in the spam and promotion folder!
Does the download link expire?
Yes, it will expire within 2 days. It is better to download all the files of the purchased course right after you get the link via email.
Can I view my course offline?
You can only do that if you download and save it on your computer.
Do course videos have transcripts or captions?
Course videos have no transcripts or captions for now.
Yet, course hosts/instructors on our website use simple English. Also, there are many illustrations of examples and case studies to bring practical viewpoints to the courses. Hence, you do not need high levels of English to grasp the content.
